We want every Katyé experience to be enjoyable and seamless. Please review the following information before your visit:

Do I need a reservation?

That depends on the day, time or group size. Thursdays typically sees less volume, while Saturdays are busier. You should call or email in advance to check availability. Reservation requirements vary by event and service type and may change over time. Please review the event or reservation details carefully before booking.

Where should I park?

Katyé is located within a shopping center with ample shared parking. There are no parking spaces reserved exclusively for Katyé guests. Parking is available on a first-come basis and is subject to the property owner’s rules and enforcement.

Can we split the check?

Sorry, but no. For reservations with 10 or more guests, one tab per reservation is required, and only one form of payment per guest. Please arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals (15 minutes) may shorten your reserved dining time, and seating will be based upon availability.

What is your refund policy?

All event ticket and reservation sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. If you’re unable to attend an event, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest.

What is your liability policy?

By entering Katyé’s premises or attending any Katyé-hosted event, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Katyé and its owners are not liable for any injury, accident, or incident that occurs on the premises unless directly caused by the negligence of our staff or operators.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Katyé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Participation in events, including but not limited to dining, entertainment, and recreational activities, is at the guest’s own risk.
